Live Art Shows

I create an interactive visual experience at events. Some are preplanned and others are dependent on the energy of the event. Through painting, my main goal is to explore colors, human connection, and movement all while creating a stimulating experience that pursues the exploration of metaphysical thought and questions.

Visual Performance Art, 2020

The image above was painted live alongside my dear art friend Elizabeth Goldenberg, upside down throughout a thirty-minute period. This was accompanied by live music having the movement of our brushwork go along with melodic themes presented through the music. Within the last two minutes of the musicians set, the image was flipped upside down, revealing a face.

NoHo ArtWalk live mural, 2018

Lankershim Blvd in North Hollywood had been closed down for this art event. I was stationed to work alongside other artists and muralists at this 8' tall wooden structure. There was a working artist on each side. I worked on this piece from 1pm-9pm. This was an incredibly beloved experience as I painted for an audience and got to have insightful conversations with those observing the overall process.

Prolific Cocoon Events, 2019

The live painting was performed alongside musical, poetic, and other performances. I perform with my close friend Elizabeth Goldenberg; we are very inspired by working alongside music and allowing it's created vibrations to inspire our paintings.

NOHO Artwalk 2019

I performed this piece alongside dear artist friend Elizabeth Goldenberg. This was our tribute to Pride month, we created these six panels exploring themes of self-love, gender expression, movement, self-exploration, self-acceptance, and the art of being. Through our chosen subjects and color palette it was our goal to capture and flesh out the questions we ourselves have faced through the trials and tribulations of being human beings.

The Lazarus Experience, 2020

Performed at a film festival at the Lazarus Experience in DTLA. Film students featured their films while surrounded by other artists and different booths. Here we decided to explore the themes of "Being in Nothingness".
